Yuva Computer Saksharata Mission (YCSM) is committed to maintaining a transparent and fair payment policy. Please read this Refund Policy carefully before making any payment through our website or ERP portal.
Once a student's admission has been successfully processed and registered in the YCSM ERP System, the admission fee is generally non-refundable, except where a refund is required under applicable law or approved by YCSM management.
Course fees paid to an authorised YCSM Franchise Centre are governed by the respective centre's admission rules and YCSM guidelines. Refund requests, if any, shall be considered only after proper verification.
Franchise registration fees, authorisation fees, renewal fees and other franchise-related payments are generally non-refundable once the application has been approved or services have been initiated.
Charges paid for certificate generation, marksheets, ID cards, verification services or similar administrative services are non-refundable once the requested service has been processed.
Wallet balance credited to a Franchise ERP account is intended exclusively for use within the YCSM ERP system. Once a recharge has been successfully credited, it is normally non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
If a payment is made more than once due to a technical error or banking issue, please contact us immediately with the transaction details. Genuine duplicate payment cases will be reviewed and, where appropriate, processed in accordance with our internal policy.
Where a refund is approved, the amount will normally be processed through the original payment method within a reasonable period, subject to banking procedures and applicable regulations.
YCSM reserves the right to amend or update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on this website.
